  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using any part of MT Academy’s platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the Risk Warning. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.
  2. Eligibility
    To use MT Academy, you must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. MT Academy reserves the right to verify your age during registration. If you fail to meet the eligibility criteria or violate these Terms, MT Academy reserves the right to terminate your access after notifying you and allowing a 7-day response period.
  3. Use of Platform
    You agree to use the MT Academy platform for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using the platform in a way that infringes upon the rights of others or violates local, national, or international laws and regulations.
  4. Trading Risks
    • 4.1 Risk of Loss: Trading foreign exchange (FX) and cryptocurrency on margin involves high risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your initial investment. MT Academy does not guarantee profits or the avoidance of losses.
    • 4.2 Dependency Risk: By copying other traders or using automated bots, you accept the risks of dependency on third-party decision-making. MT Academy is not responsible for the performance of traders or strategies you copy. It is recommended that you diversify your strategies and use risk management tools such as stop-loss orders.
    • 4.3 Fees and Commissions: Ensure you understand all fees and commissions associated with trading on the platform, which may affect your overall returns. These fees are detailed in the pricing section on the platform.
  5. System Failures and Technical Issues
    • 5.1 Platform Reliability: MT Academy strives to maintain system reliability, but internet-based trading involves risks related to hardware, software, and connectivity failures. MT Academy is not liable for interruptions or delays caused by factors outside its control, such as internet disruptions or device issues.
    • 5.2 Internal Errors and Negligence: If system failures occur due to negligence by MT Academy, the company may offer service credits or compensation, determined on a case-by-case basis. MT Academy’s liability for system failures will not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the preceding three months.
    • 5.3 Backup and Recovery: MT Academy has backup systems and contingency plans in place. However, MT Academy does not guarantee compensation for loss of profit or trading opportunities resulting from system failures or downtimes.
  6. Third-Party Data and Services
    • 6.1 Content Accuracy: MT Academy provides third-party news, research, and analyses. While steps are taken to ensure accuracy, MT Academy does not guarantee the reliability of third-party content. Users should conduct independent research before making trading decisions.
    • 6.2 Vetting of Third-Party Providers: MT Academy carefully selects and vets third-party content providers. However, the responsibility to verify the accuracy and applicability of third-party information rests with the user.
    • 6.3 Third-Party Links and Services: MT Academy may provide links to third-party websites or services. MT Academy is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. Users should review the terms of any third-party services before engaging with them.
  7. Security and Data Protection
    • 7.1 Security Measures: MT Academy uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, firewalls, multi-factor authentication, and access control measures to protect user data. Regular security audits are conducted to safeguard against data breaches.

    • 9.1 Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent for data collection and processing by contacting MT Academy. Withdrawing consent may limit access to certain platform features.
    • 9.2 Right to Data Deletion: You can request the deletion of your personal data if there are no legal obligations for MT Academy to retain it. Requests should be made through our Support Team.
    • 9.3 Data Retention Policy: MT Academy retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy or as required by law. Data is securely deleted when no longer needed.
  10. No Access to User Funds or Portfolios
    MT Academy does not and will not have access to any user’s portfolio or funds held in their trading account with any third-party broker. Users retain full control and access to their trading accounts, and MT Academy provides educational and non-binding advisory services. Users are solely responsible for all trading decisions and for managing their funds and portfolios with their respective brokers. MT Academy shall not be liable for any financial loss or damage related to the user’s personal trading account, and all recommendations are for informational purposes only.
  11. Intellectual Property
    All content, trademarks, and materials on the MT Academy platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without express permission from MT Academy.
  12. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, MT Academy’s liability for claims arising from platform use is limited to the total fees paid by the user in the last three months. MT Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  13. Force Majeure
    MT Academy is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, and government restrictions.
  14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK. Users from other jurisdictions may also be subject to local consumer protection laws.
  15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
    Users agree to resolve disputes first through good-faith negotiation with MT Academy. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
  16. Amendments to Terms
    MT Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform for 30 days from notification release constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
