User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the services provided by MT Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or MT Academy.

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the MT Academy platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any content, products, or services available from such third parties. Your use of these third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Amendments

MT Academy reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK.
